Ok so me and my class want to make T-shirts but what I want to know is would this be copyrighting If our shirts said
"Peace, Love, Pinkies?
Would it? Because Joe's crab shack has Peace love crabs?Would this be copyrighting?
as long as that exact slogan isnt trademarked then you should be good, lots of people use the peace.love.(word) so you should be fine
