So today will be my first day as a host at joes crab shack.

Any advice???

Show up to work a few minutes, dress neatly, be friendly, do what the boss tells you, and keep a smile on your face at all times.FIRST DAY AS A HOST HELP PLEZZZZ?
Always come to work to work ten minutes early, it looks good and you"ll be prepared and never late. Don't talk back or argue with management. Learn your full menu so if guests ever have food questions you'll be able to answer. Always dress in perfect uniform. Ask your managers any questions you have about your host duties or the company itself (they love it) and most of all always smile, always be positive, in a good mood, and be respectful to guests :) Hope this helps! This is what I did as a host for red robin, and I was promoted before all the older hosts within 4 months.
