A job at joe's crab shack?

I'm a high school senior who just turned 18 and I really want a job at Joe's Crab shack because I love the fun environment and the food!!! has anyone worked there before?, and if so did you like it?? I just submitted an online application, so is it hard to get the job? Also, what should I do to have a better chance?
