all interviews I dress - "Dress casual" Which at a place were skirts are sometimes worn a simple one, if pants are ok to wear to work (usually black at food places or khaki) I would wear them. But from what I've read you should dress as the employees do, or how you would dress to go to work in the position you are applying for, so a hostess might be skirt other slacks
