Whoa, difficult math assignment. Help a brother out?

Carl's Crab Shack is open 24/7/365. In 2007, total customers served was 26% higher than that of 2006. Actual customer counts were taken at randomly selected times, but on the whole the average number of customers in the crab shack went up by 16% compared to 2006. Did the average time spent in the restaurant increase or decrease and by what percentage?

Servings went up more than number of customers so average time spent in the shack must have gone down.
