Even if it's Joe's Crab Shack and it's an old friend, you want to make a great impression. I mean it's like you're meeting this person for the first time again.



I think you'd be ok with a nice pair of jeans, similar to what you'd wear out, with nice shoes, no gym shoes.



With a nice button down shirt, or a nice t-shirt with a jacket.



At least then they'll feel comfortable in what they wear, because if they go casual, at least you're not in a suit, or if they get more dressy, you still have on nice shoes and a jacket...

Dress casual, comfortable. That said make sure the clothes are clean. If you are not wearing sneakers, gym shoes athletic shoes, or what ever you call them, polish your shoes- (unless of course you are wearing sandals then make sure your feet look good).
Joe's is a fun, light atmosphere. Wear a nice polo shirt and nice jeans or Dockers. I would not do gym shoes for a first date though.
Casual and fun. Maybe a Hawaiian shirt to be in keeping with the atmosphere.
Clean underwear.

maybe a sundress with falts or skinny jeans with a babydoll top
