Does anyone have the recipe for joe's crab shack stuff jalapenos?

They did make them with whole Jalapenos. Does anyone have that recipe?Does anyone have the recipe for joe's crab shack stuff jalapenos?
This is the recipe I've been using for a couple of years, it seems fairly close.

"Joe's Copycat Crab Shack stuffed peppers" RECIPE

20 whole jalapeno peppers

1/3 pound special crab meat

1/5 pound shrimp (ideally fresh 51/60 or 61/70s)

3 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese

3 ounces cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

Remove the stem end of the peppers, cut incision in one side of the pepper lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds of the peppers. Blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then immerse in an ice bath.

Stir together the cheese and sour cream. Fold in the crab meat, and shrimp that has been shelled, tailed, and veined, and season with...well, seasoning.

Fill the cooled peppers with this blend and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam and has been covered with wax paper or aluminium foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until the skin of the peppers begins to wrinkle.

For shrimp selection, I recommend talking to your local fishmonger, or visiting http://homecooking.about.com/od/foodstor鈥?/a>
No problem. I think it's hilarious how I have two thumbs down despite the fact that I was the only one who gave a recipe. Thanks for the Best Answer.

No I don't - and too bad 'cause I love Jalapenos, stuffed or otherwise.
