What seals the pictures in on Joe's Crab Shack tables?

Im trying to do something similar in my Kitchen but cant figure out howWhat seals the pictures in on Joe's Crab Shack tables?
It is called "rosin" and is applied by pouring onto the surface and slightly brushed out, and then let it set..it is what is called "self leveling"...go to any major paint store(not a full hardware store) and explain to them what yoyu want..the first available product like this that was put out years ago(maybe 30) was called 50 IN 1...this being because pouring and leveling one coat of this was an equivelent to applying 50 coats with a brush...Go to like Sherwin Williams,Dulux%26lt;Glidden%26lt;Benjaman Moore and they will know what you need...The clerks at the home depots,lowes etc. may not have a clue about this product
