Joe's Crab Shack Parmesan Shrimp?

Does anyone know the recipe for Joe's Crab Shack Parmesan Shrimp? I've never had them but they sound really yummy. Could someone help me out? I would prefer the easiest and most tastey recipe. Thanks!Joe's Crab Shack Parmesan Shrimp?
i don't know the recipe they use but for parmesan anything just set up your breading station. mix 1 cup dried plain bread crumbs, 3/4 cup shredded parm, 3 cloves minced garlic, zest of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, mix well with your hands. dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, dip in bread crumb mixture. fry at 350 til golden brown and delicious.

PARMESAN SHRIMP



2 lb. large raw shrimp, cleaned

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. olive oil



Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Cover skillet and heat until cheese melts, no longer than 10 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
