How is the flexibility(hours) of Joe's Crab Shack(CA)?

Im applying to joe's crab shack to become a server because it fits my personality and skills way more than my current job.

But im concerned of their flexibility with hours because Im majoring in music/performance.. and we have rehearsals and performances.

My current job is flexible with my schedule and Im wondering if Joe's is also flexible and willing to work around My schedule?How is the flexibility(hours) of Joe's Crab Shack(CA)?
I'm answering cause no one else has - yet. i have been a server for 20 years, because it has been flexible with raising my family and college. thats why servers do what we do, the flexibility. I'd imagine Joes would be the same!
