What is the best seafood restaurant for Crab legs and Lobster in Atlanta?

My birthday is coming up and my family (of 4) always go out to dinner. We like to go to finer (i.e. more expensive) places. We were thinking about going to Chequers but any seafood place will do. My favorite is either Crab Legs or Lobster Tails so if they are known for that or focus on that, it would be great.

NO to Red Lobster and NO to Joe's Crab Shack!!What is the best seafood restaurant for Crab legs and Lobster in Atlanta?
Atlanta Fish Market

Bones will have Lobster most of the time and might have crab.
I love Spondivits out by the airport. It's got a cool rustic theme but you'll see people in business suits roll their sleeves up. The ambiance is incredible for people-watching. Pull up in back for the free valet service. You need it.

On to the food. They serve crab legs and lobster in a big tin bucket and you can get a combo of those (which I do). My first time I wondered why side dishes were a la carte and I ordered cole slaw. I never touched it! The seafood is so plentiful that you would need to be a really hearty eater to eat much else and I would rather stuff myself on the seafood. But I have tasted the desserts and they were good too.

It's the kind of place where you can spill a drink and no one would care. Picnic table kind of tables and wooden floors. Yet people dress way up on their way to other places or are in jeans and T-shirts. Friendly servers and great music.

When we have visitors from out of town, we take them there and they always request to go back. The price is not that bad either! For 4, it will run about $80-100.

I would rather go to a place like that than a stuffy linen-tablecloth type. I've been to enough of those and now go for the food only. What is the best seafood restaurant for Crab legs and Lobster in Atlanta?
You have a few good options in Buckhead:

Atlanta Fish Market has great crab legs and lobster tails: http://www.buckheadrestaurants.com/afm.h鈥?/a>

And so does Chops/Lobster Bar: http://www.buckheadrestaurants.com/chops鈥?/a>

In Midtown, there's Oceanaire: http://www.theoceanaire.com/Location/Men鈥?/a>

If you are near Alpharetta, a great choice is Atlantic Seafood Company:

I've been to all of these restaurants, and all are fantastic.
CHOPS LOBSTER BAR!!! it is the best atmosphere as well as MARTINIS!! Also, their filet is amazing, so if there is someone in your party that doesn't want seafood, their steak is wonderful!! be sure to order lots of sides, as they come family style and they are delicious!!

I'll second the Spondivits choice. There is also one on GA 400 near Cumming, if you're closer to that one.

Very casual, very good food %26amp; ice cold beer to go with it! You can pay more for fancy digs, but you'll have a hard time getting a better value in food.
