you can not prevent cravings. usually cravings are your body telling yourself what nutrients it is needing. that is why cravings vary so often. listen to your body because it is either something your body or baby needs. just remember moderation.
When I have cravings I eat it and then I move on to another craving. If you don't then your body obsesses about it. Just don't eat anything high in mercury and control the amount you eat with seafood. I say eat what sounds good and then move on.How can u stop cravings duing pregnancy?
I've been eating a ton of crab and shrimp on occasion. I am fine and so is the baby.
You can't do anything about cravings, but you should eat some crab and shrimp. It's fine in moderation.
you can't. the more you try, the more you suffer if you don't get it.
Nope at this point we're not in charge of our bodies anymore the baby is! I'm 9 weeks pregnant too and I've had mad cravings for anything sea food. Congrats and Good luck!!!
